  • 1Kg turkey
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Pack of bacon
  • 6 Carrots
  • 2 Handful of sliced mushrooms
  • Pitted green olives
  • Sweet paprika
  • Tomato concentrate
  • Cream


Cook the bacon and add the onions until brown
In another pan, cook the diced turkey
When the onions are brownish, add the sliced carrots and simmer for few minutes
When the diced turkey is cooked, mix both preparations and season as convenience
Add a bowl of water and some paprika
Let it simmer for 30 minutes and add the tomato concentrate. Mix and add the olives and the mushrooms
In a bowl, mix some flour and water. Add to the preparation in order to thicken the sauce. Add some cream
