  • Chicken thighs
  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 700g Green and red peppers
  • 3 Chopped onions
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Glass of white wine
  • Mixed herbs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pot and add the onions, the garlic and the chopped peppers
Wash, peel and cut the tomatoes into pieces, add them to the pan and season
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes
In a skillet, brown the chicken pieces in olive oil. Add them to the vegetables the cover.
Add the herbs and the white wine
Simmer for 35 minutes
