Gastronome Professionnels reinvents, through the “Père dodu” workshop, the mythical recipe of the escalope cordon bleu by using ingredients from French cooperatives.
The thinly sliced turkey escalope and the nitrite-free turkey ham come from our cooperative, as does the wheat that makes up the fine breadcrumbs that coat our cordon bleu. All this is combined with a real slice of Emmental cheese made with French milk, bringing all the delicacy to the product.
A recipe as close as possible to the “home-made” cordon.
